A Cryofacial treatment is a cryogenic treatment using a local cryotherapy machine to apply ultra-cooled Nitrogen gas to the face, scalp and neck.
The cooling of the skin of the face, scalp and neck has incredibly beneficial effects including tightening and smoothing of the skin, reduction of lines, wrinkles, acne and problem areas on the face and neck, and reduction in pore size. In addition to these benefits, the treatment also increases collagen production which strengthens the skin, hair and nails as well as eliminating & flushing away toxins. Cryofacials can also be used to treat inflammatory skin conditions including acne, psoriasis, eczema and rosacea.
Cryo Facial Treatment Benefits May Include:
Tightened skin. Reduction in fine lines and wrinkles. Reduced cellulite. Enhanced skin repair. Improvements to skin conditions such as psoriasis, dermatitis, blemishes, and acne. Increased metabolism and brown fat stimulation. Improved sleep. Fuller hair.
NITROGEN FACIAL (CryoFacial™) TREATMENT CryoFacial™
Treatment CryoFacial Treatment With our 10-12 minute, pressurized liquid nitrogen vapors are gently blown over the surface of the face and neck. The appearance of the face is enhanced immediately as pores shrink and facial inflammation and “puffiness” are reduced. Dark spots are brightened, leaving a youthful, healthy glow. Facials last between 10-12 minutes. Unlike a traditional facial, it’s a quick, easy treatment that will leave your face looking refreshed and glowing.
How often should I have one?
Once a EVERY 2-3 DAYS is recommended but if you are in a time crunch you can compound the treatments.
What else should I know?
Please feel free to come with a clean face or we can provide a wipe to clean your face before the treatment; keeping your makeup on is fine too. Either way, you get the great benefits of a CryoFacial. Also, if you’ve recently had fillers, we recommend waiting 2 weeks before you have a CryoFacial.
