I have always been passionate about sports, health. and well-being. Whilst pursing activities including CrossFit, weightlifting and yoga and suffering various injuries, I became increasingly aware of the benefits of sports and deep tissue massage. My knowledge of how the muscles work and the way the body moves has fuelled my passion to help others with sports and non-sports related injuries.
